Piping Repairs
The Piping Repairs Awareness Training is designed to provide attendees with a foundational understanding of the various types of repairs associated with piping, pipelines, and pipework defects. Participants are introduced to Belzona products that are ideally suited for emergency situations, such as active leaks that need to be temporarily sealed, or areas of metal loss approaching through-wall defects.
Attendees also learn about a range of Belzona repair products, including slower-curing options that can be used in combination with fast-curing products for optimal results. The training covers compliant repair solutions using composite engineered systems as well as traditional approaches that combine resin systems with reinforcement sheets.
Additionally, participants are introduced to heat-activated and cool-to-touch solutions for situations where pipes operate at elevated temperatures and cannot be cooled prior to application, among other specialized scenarios.
Concrete Repairs
Belzona products have long been used to repair and protect concrete and other cementitious substrates. This Awareness Training program provides a comprehensive overview of the preparation and conditioning of concrete surfaces prior to the application of Belzona products.
Attendees learn the proper techniques for applying rebuilding or resurfacing materials, often in combination with protective coatings designed to deliver multiple benefits, including chemical resistance, enhanced aesthetics, or improved slip/grip resistance.
The training also highlights common applications and typical repair areas, such as secondary containment, industrial floors, building structures, and other concrete installations, giving participants practical insights into where and how Belzona solutions are most effectively used.

Flange Face Repairs
This Awareness Training course is designed to provide applicators with a clear understanding of the techniques used to repair and protect flange faces. Training emphasizes real-world conditions, including exposure to chemicals, elevated temperatures and pressures, or erosion. In some cases, this program may be delivered in combination with nozzle insert applications, ensuring continuity of protection from bore to flange face.
Nozzle Inserts
This Awareness Training course is designed to provide participants with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of using Belzona nozzle inserts. The training covers the production of nozzle inserts, including required dimensions, appropriate product selection, and inspection methods.
Participants also learn the correct techniques for installing nozzle inserts into specific nozzles, selecting and applying suitable adhesives, and inspecting the completed repairs to ensure quality and compliance with Belzona best practices.
This training can be delivered in combination with Flange Face Repairs, providing continuity of protection from bore to flange face.
Rubber Repairs
These types of repairs are very common in conveyor belts, rubber cables, chutes, hoppers, pump impellers, among others. This training provides attendees with a basic understanding on preparing rubber prior to conditioning and further coating. It addresses types of conditioners, elastomeric and polyurea systems, application and curing. Also, emergency materials use for those situations where the assets needs to be returned to service in hours. The training also focuses on health and safety while working with isocyanate-containing elastomers. The training can also be tailor to floor expansion joint repairs, cable repairs using molding techniques
